Return and exchange policy
Most of our products are in stock, and some products may be sold out.
1. Ready goods will be shipped within 1-3 days
2. If it is out of stock, the customer will be notified if the waiting time exceeds 6 days. (Transportation is difficult to estimate)
Purchasing products:
For purchasing groups, the order cut-off date for each group is the 10th, 20th, and 28th.
It is expected to arrive at our warehouse or store within 7-14 days after the order cut-off.
It is expected to be shipped within 1-3 days.
All products in our store enjoy a 7-day no-questions-asked return or exchange guarantee.
The following conditions are not covered by the warranty and no exchange or return is allowed.
- The goods have been artificially damaged, stained, etc. (please check carefully before receiving the goods)
- Specific product descriptions indicate that there is no such guarantee.
- Products purchased on behalf of other regions are not covered by this protection.
- The packaging is damaged and parts are missing.
- The store has been notified for self-pickup and has been stored for more than 7 days.
Return and exchange process:
1•Returns and exchanges must retain the original packaging.
2• Within 7 days after receiving the goods, make a request for return or exchange on WhatsApp (+852 5416 7352).
- After confirming that the status of the goods meets the requirements of the exchange policy, we will follow up with customer-related questions within 1-3 working days.
- If it is confirmed that the goods can be returned or exchanged for the customer, the customer needs to bring the goods to the store or send them back to the store by mail.
*Note that our store will not collect any pay-on-delivery items!
3. After receiving the customer's goods and confirming that the goods indeed comply with the return and exchange policy, if the goods are in stock, we will notify the customer within 7 working days and send them out. Customers who return items for refund will be refunded within 7 working days.
B. Return process:
If the customer's goods do not comply with the return policy, we will send the goods back to the customer on a collect basis.
*If the customer fails to request a return within seven days after receiving the goods, the return or exchange will not be possible.
**If we fail to collect the goods within seven days, we reserve the right to cancel the return or exchange of the goods.

- Items that have been opened, used or damaged in any way due to personal reasons will not be returned or exchanged.
- Customers should consider the risks of transportation before purchasing. If the item is damaged or lost during transportation, the customer will be responsible for the loss.
